Refund and Returns Policy

At Bano Bazaar (BB), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our unique, handmade, and made-to-order.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Handmade and Made-to-Order Products:
    • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Each item is crafted specifically for you and often involves advance payments to third-party vendors.
  2. Order Confirmation:
    • Customers are encouraged to confirm all details (e.g., size, color, delivery schedule, delivery charges, taxes) before making a payment to avoid any misunderstandings. Once an order is confirmed with a BB representative, no changes, returns, or refunds will be permitted.
  3. Urgent Deliveries:
    • For urgent deliveries, we use BB’s recommended logistic services only. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by customer-recommended courier services.
  4. Post-Delivery Issues:
    • BB is not responsible for any unforeseen issues once the delivery leaves our facility. This includes delays or damages caused by the courier service. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the courier.
  5. Order Status and Preparation:
    • Once an order is in the preparation stage, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. We can only provide updates on the order status.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled any time before processing and payment. Once payment is made and the order is processed or the third-party vendor begins preparation, the order cannot be canceled.
  • BB reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments. If canceled by BB, any payments made will be refunded.

Refunds:

    • We generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made in rare cases, such as if an item is out of stock.
    • Any refunds issued will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes but exclude shipping and handling costs.
    • Refund processing may take up to 7 days upon confirmation of receipt. All refunds are at the discretion of BB and subject to currency conversion rates as decided by BB.

Downloadable Product Listings:

  • The refund and return policy does not apply to free downloadable listings such as Mehndi Designs.
