Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

    • We use reliable logistic partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. For urgent deliveries, we utilize BB’s recommended logistic services only.
    • We do not take responsibility for deliveries made through customer-recommended courier services.

  2. Delivery Time:
    • Delivery times vary based on the nature of the product and your location. Made-to-order items typically require additional time for crafting and preparation and this will be communicated with customer before confirming order.
    • Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak wedding seasons and holidays.

  3. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing includes crafting, quality checks, and packaging.
    • Standard processing times for made-to-order items are typically between 7-14 business days, but this can vary based on the complexity of the product and the logistic service used.

Shipping Charges:

  1. Domestic Shipping:
    • Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated based on the weight and size of the package and the delivery location. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
    • It may change as per new price list shared by courier service.

  2. International Shipping:
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges vary based on destination, package size, and weight and courier service.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online through the courier’s website.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. BB is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues:

  1. Delays:
    • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistic issues. BB is not responsible for such delays.

  2. Damages:
    • We take great care in packaging your products to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
    • Please note that BB is not responsible for packages damaged due to incorrect handling of courier service.

  3. Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that BB is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
